This quest is called 'A Special Ring', for Adventurers levels 90 to 120.
Description of A Special Ring:
I am courting a very special lady. She is smart and funny, and like all
women she has a weakness for beautiful things. I believe by getting her a
unique gift, I can finally woo her. First, head to Pirate's Cove, I hear
rumors that a great ring maker lives there. Also in Pirate's Cove, a
certain pirate captain who has been evading my justice is hiding in his ship
has a ring band that would be perfect! Visit the ring maker, Holton and
have him prepare the band. Then explore the town and see if you can find a
good stone for the ring. Be careful, and don't forget to bring me back the
ring pieces, I will have them assembled here by my jeweler.
Upon successful completion of this quest you can receive up
to 52 quest points, 5 practice points, 47000 experience points, and 9000 gold pieces.
