Lord Vashir [The Towne of New Rigel] is the master in charge of this quest.
Greetings adventurer! There is a problem about Sepharia. People have
been disappearing in the middle of the night, without a trace. It seems
that the fearless travelers were journeying from the Lowangen area, all the
way to Rune. But before they could make it to New Rigel, they simply
vanished. Word has spread about town that the orcs are capturing anyone
they find in the wilds, and using them as sacrifices for their evil rituals.
If this continues to happen, our tourism and trade industry could take a
major blow. Tourists will be to terrified to even think about visiting New
Rigel, and our trade caravans could be raided, losing valuable goods. I
want you to go to Dungeon Wroth and recover the weapon used for the
sacrifices. I also want you to deal with the individual responsible swiftly
and decisively. Finally I want you to go about Sepharia collecting the evil
weapons that we know of, and return them to me so that I may dispose of them
properly. Good luck.
