This quest is called 'Chain of Thefts', for Adventurers levels 90 to 150.
Description of Chain of Thefts:
It has come to my attention that there has been a chain of thefts in the
Rune and New Rigel area. This cannot go on any longer! Luckily, we have a
few leads due to several witnesses. You must act on these leads with
stealth and swiftness. We have evidence to help you locate these thieves.
Be wary of suspicious characters as thieves will go to any length to remain
uncaptured. May the Powers guide and protect you!
Upon successful completion of this quest you can receive up
to 40 quest points, 4 practice points, 15000 experience points, and 10000 gold pieces.
