Long Desc: A young thief hides in the shadows waiting for a new victim.

It is a young guttersnipe out to make ends meet any way possible.  From
the way the kid is dressed, you cannot tell if it is a boy or a girl, but
then again, it may be too young or malnourished to tell yet anyway.  You
decide that they don't pose a threat, but maybe you should keep a closer
watch on your purse.
She is a human approximately 5'8" tall.
