This quest [2567] is called 'Dirty Thieves',
for Adventurers levels 40 to 59.
Lord Agrippa [Runic Castle] is the master in charge of this quest.
Those thieves are at again as usual and crime is an all time high. This
is a big problem for both Rune and New Rigel right now and its not getting
any better. I want you to take care of this problem for me. There isn't
much that I can do but there is much that you can do. I want you to kill
the thieves that roam the streets of our city and I want you to go to New
Rigel and kill a thug. Come back and inspect the prison in Rune to make
sure that it is secure enough and then come back to me. I am counting on
you and may the Powers be with you!
