This poor bedraggled soul is here appealing to the charitable natures of
the good people of Rune, begging pitifully for alms and other handouts.
Malnutrition has rendered this person practically sexless and disease has
destroyed any good looks that they may have once had.  They are dressed in
tattered and dirty rags that are heavily infested with fleas, lice, and
other vermin.
He is a human approximately 5'7" tall.
