Lord Agrippa [Runic Castle] is the master in charge of this quest.
I have just received the results of the annual survey of my towne and it has
come to my attention that the number of homeless people in this towne has
reached a new high. We can not let the poorer population of my towne starve
so I would like you to invite them to visit my castle and join me for a
meal. Go round Rune and invite them here for some food. I would then like
you to visit some of the shops here and collect some meals to lay on the
table upon their arrival. Lastly, I would like you to speak with our head
cook here and tell her about my plans. Hurry fellow adventurer and you will
be well rewarded upon your return.
