This quest [754] is called 'Martial Law Cut Down',
for Adventurers levels 30 to 55.
Lord Agrippa [Runic Castle] is the master in charge of this quest.
It has become clear to me that a few rogue guards have joined our forces
as there have been reports of them harassing the destitute and elderly. We
need you to assist us in putting an end to this as soon as possible. How
these guards were able to get past our screening measurements has me at a
loss, but no matter, as soon as we get one of these rogue guards into our
custody we shall begin a complete investigation to stop this from occurring
again. We need you to rescue those being harassed, put an end to this
harassment, and do a check on the current status of the main part of town.
