Long Desc: An old bag lady is here, muttering to herself.

She is a harmless old woman who is constantly muttering incomprehensibly
to herself.  She wears several layers of torn and ratty clothes, most of
which are not her size or even match anything else she is wearing.  She is
carrying several bags that seem to be filled to capacity; giving you the
impression that she is carrying everything she owns.  As you watch, she
seems to be obsessively picking up anything that is lying around and
stuffing it into one of her bags.
She is a human approximately 5'9" tall.
