Lord Agrippa [Runic Castle] is the master in charge of this quest.
It is well known that the people of Rune love Lord Agrippa because he is
kind, caring, and generous. As the ruler of Rune, Lord Agrippa must look
over his town and keep the citizens happy. Lord Agrippa has established a
respectable force of cityguards to keep the citizens safe. As of late, the
citizens of Rune seem to be in a state of unrest and nobody from the castle,
including Agrippa himself, seems to know what is going on. Lord Agrippa
requests that you go out into the town and speak with the loyal citizens in
hopes of finding out what is wrong. Your task is to do this and report your
findings to Lord Agrippa who will reward you kindly for your efforts.
