Long Desc: A janitor is walking around, cleaning up.

This one of the many janitors that work diligently at keeping the Towne
of Rune clean.  The man looks like he could really use a vacation, but
considering what you've heard about what janitors get paid, he probably
can't afford to do so.  Watching the man so hard at work, you decide that
maybe you should do what you can to cut down on his workload.
He is a human approximately 5'8" tall.
