NPC: The salesman
Long Desc: A salesman is here, peddling his wares.

He looks to be a simple door-to-door salesman going about the Towne of
Rune attempting to sell his wares to its residents.  He is favoring one leg
and you notice that one of his boots has a very noticeable dent in it,
probably from being slammed in doors too often.  The wares he is carrying
look to be completely useless and incomprehensible widgets.
He is a human approximately 5'8" tall.
