This quest [1480] is called 'Justice for the People!',

Lord Agrippa [Runic Castle] is the master in charge of this quest.
It has come to my attention that several villages and towns around Rune
have been plagued by thieves and bandits. Lord Vashir and i have decided to
take action against these hooligans. I am seeking you to go and find all
the persons causing our kingdoms trouble, and deal with them as soon as you
can. This quest will take you around the towns of Rune and New Rigel as
well as a quick trip up to Lowangen. For your speedy efforts you will be
well rewarded. May the Powers be with you!
Upon successful completion of this quest you can receive:
*Up to 45 quest points, 5 practice points, 32,000 experience points,
0 build points, 0 piety, and 9,000 gold pieces.
