Long Desc: Harman, the master thief is here giving you a cold stare.

Harman gives you a secret hand signal when you look over his way.
Dressed in night black clothing that reflects no light, he is reputed to be
the leader of thieves in all of Lowangen and its surrounding areas.  His
eyes glint as he sizes you up, as if he were deciding if you were an ally or
one of the potential victims of his motley collection of scoundrels.
It is a human approximately 5'9" tall.
