Lord Vashir [The Towne of New Rigel] is the master in charge of this quest.
There is dissidence in the realm and only a noble warrior, such as
yourself can help to subdue it. A new religous cult has sprung up,
encouraging people to rebel against authority and to sabotage those in
positions of power. My laws must not be undermined. Key activists have
been found hiding in Avarice, Lowangen, Tower of Art and here in New Rigel.
Journey to each of these places and make sure your presence is seen and
felt, so that all shall know that this kind of behaviour is not tolerated.
Once you have been noticed, make an example of the key activists by killing
them.
