Lord Vashir [The Towne of New Rigel] is the master in charge of this quest.
It seems there have been some people in the area who have been working
both sides for the fence, both for and against the Powers. Aiding them in
this endeavor for money are their minions and followers. They have lied and
cheated those who hold power in a bid to cause trouble and benefit from the
trouble they cause. These insidious beings need to be taught a lesson in
loyalty! Please make your presence felt in Lowangen, Xaventry, Dungeon
Avarice and Desert Thorn so that they know they cannot get away with such
behavior. Be sure to deal out any punishment you deem fit for these crimes.
