You have entered the infamous Orc Death Tavern.  The interior of the Orc
Death Tavern is quite a place.  Travelers come from all over the land to
listen to the music and have a good time here.  The back of the tavern is
said to contain the smuggler's of the area.  You can make out several men in
the corner discussing things.
