You find yourself before the Bench of the Court of Rune.  Here, thieves,
murderers, and other criminals are tried for their crimes.  The cityguards
for the Towne of Rune are very efficient and it is rare that someone that
they arrest is not convicted of the crimes for which they stand accused. 
The exit to the Hall of Justice is to the south.
The High Judge of Rune sits here in judgement.
