You are standing in the famous Hall of Justice.  There are two
straight-backed, hardwood chairs backing against the wall, and both look
extremely uncomfortable.  You can hear the judge yelling "Case closed. 
Next!" in his booming voice, echoing from the courtroom to the north.  The
wails of some poor thief send chills of dread down your spine.  The Hall
continues to the west.
