You are standing in the famous Hall of Justice.  There are two
straight-backed, hardwood chairs backing against the wall, and both look
extremely uncomfortable.  You can hear the judge condemning a poor thief to
hard labor.  Maybe that will be a step in the right direction for bringing
the Towne of Rune back to its former grandeur.  The Hall continues to the
east, while a magnificent staircase is to the west.
