NPC: A lurking thief
Long Desc: A thief lurks in the shadows for someone to rob.

As you pass by a dark alleyway, you catch a sudden movement out of the
corner of your eye.  A figure dressed all in black stands in the shadows,
barely visible.  The pointy ears indicate elven blood, but his behavior
suggests that he is a drow.  You can see a suspicious-looking bulge
underneath his cloak, and wonder what kind of weapon this scoundrel is
wielding.
He is a drow approximately 4'7" tall.
