This quest is called 'Weeding Out The Bad',
for Adventurers levels 91 to 120.
Lord Vashir [The Towne of New Rigel] is the master in charge of this quest.
I've heard disturbing reports regarding New Rigel's safety. Thieves and
scoundrels are freely roaming the streets, unchecked. I fear that if this
goes on, our good city will be overrun with crime. Therefore, I am taking
several steps in order to curb the unsavory elements of New Rigel, and I
need these steps done as quickly as possible. Adventurer, this is where you
come in. I need you to visit a few guards, and have them report to Alloyd's
School of Fighting. The city's guards are good, but not up to the standards
needed in these tough times. I feel some additional combat practice will
help our guards be better able to deal with the crisis we face. I cannot
send any of my official entourage, as their presence might be noticed, but I
think you will be able to escape their notice. Go quickly, and quietly, and
you will be rewarded. Let no one stop you in this important task.
