Long Desc: A member of the elite guard walks on patrol keeping the peace.

This noble warrior is heavily armed and armored, ready to defend New
Rigel against any threat.  The guards that patrol the city streets are among
the finest in the land, and they are experts at finding criminals.  However,
their presence in an area is often enough to deter potential thieves from
committing any illegal acts in the first place.
He is a human approximately 5'7" tall.
