Quest: Party With The Guards!

This quest [1554] is called 'Party With The Guards!',
for Adventurers levels 30 to 59.
Lord Vashir [The Towne of New Rigel] is the master in charge of this quest.
Recently, there have been no attacks on my town, New Rigel. I believe
that my guards work well to protect the city, and give their full effort
towards their job. I ask that you gather them in my chamber to celebrate in
a drink representing their honor and courage in defending New Rigel. Please
go around town and search for as many different types of guards as you can,
then recover drinks for us all as well! Hurry back, because I am eager to
party! Your reward will be great if you are quick!
Upon successful completion of this quest you can receive:
*Up to 33 quest points, 3 practice points, 18,000 experience points,
0 build points, 0 piety, and 7,688 gold pieces.
You have 180 minutes remaining to complete this quest.
Party With The Guards! consists of:

Phase 1: Visit An elite guard.

Phase 2: Visit A junior guard.

Phase 3: Visit A guard.

Phase 4: Visit A gate guard.

Phase 5: Visit A tower guard.

Phase 6: Recover a bottle of firebreather.

Phase 7: Recover a bottle of vodka.

Phase 8: Recover a bottle of rogue champagne.
