NPC: Fenblade, the rogue bartender
Long Desc: The bartender watches his patrons closely to make sure they pay their tabs before leaving.

The well-dressed drow bartender has his sooty black hair pulled back into
a tight ponytail.  Equally dark eyebrows arch high above his observant ice
blue eyes as they overact their charm on the shady ladies that frequent this
bar.  Fenblade is a stylishly slick rogue making his money on every front
whether by tips, games of chance, or a quick grift on a tipsy customer.  The
only money he doesn't mess around with is that of the bar.  Not known to be
completely greedy Fenblade will part with a a choice bit of gossip but it
might be best to watch one's purse while leaning in to hear.
He is a drow approximately 4'8" tall.
