A popular destination for members of the nearby rogues' guild, the
Knave's Tavern can get a bit rough at times.  After spending a few hours
training their craft, it's not uncommon for a rogue to try a newly-honed
skill on a fellow customer though most by now know better than to mess with
the bartender.  
The bartender watches his patrons closely to make sure they pay their tabs before leaving.
