NPC: A tower guard
Long Desc: A guard looks out over the town and the surrounding territory for danger.

This noble young man is perched atop the platform near the top of this
room, scanning the horizon for signs of trouble.  As you enter the room, he
peers over the edge of the platform, grasps the edge, and nimbly flips down
to the ground.  These lookouts are selected for their keen eyesight and
agility, but they also must not be afraid of heights.
He is a human approximately 5'9" tall.
