NPC: Wayland
Long Desc: A scruffy bartender is here dragging out another satisfied customer.

Years of sailing have hardened this ex-sailor into a stern and muscular
man.  He appears to be quite fit for his age and is more than eager to prove
it with any customer that gets out of hand.  The light streak of gray that
has faded in around his temples is the only indication of just how old he
truly is.  Wayland is not one to strike up a conversation casually but if
asked he may have a good bit of gossip to share.
He is a human approximately 5'8" tall.
