Description of Nuisance in the Mountains!:
Lately the emperor of Diocletian had some problem with a couple of
goblins in the mountains who keep performing strange rituals on his slave
women. All the slave women in Diocletian are afraid and none of the
scheduled work gets done in time. So now he wants you to seek out the
troublemakers and deal with them in a way you see fit. After you have done
this, go tell the emperor you have taken care of this problem and visit the
slave women to tell them they are safe again and can get on with their tasks
as they used to do before.
