Description of Library Crisis:
The Ilandrama Library in Sigil is one of Alyria's most well known
libraries. It has a vast collection of magical scrolls and spell books that
are sought after world wide. With such a high demand placed on this
collection, the supplies are running low and we are faced with a critical
shortage. I need you to travel the world of Alyria and collect magical
supplies that are needed to replenish our resources and ensure that there
will be an ample number available to all who seek them. When you have
gathered them all, please report to Kanthar in the library and inform him.
The very fact that that you have retrieved his scrolls will be a great
relief to him. This quest requires quite a lot of traveling, effort and
hard work. However my faith in you will prevail. When you finish this
quest I will reward you greatly.

This item is found in the Palace of Diocletian by an Archibold the Great Scholar or in the Catacombs of Shame by The Life Queen. —

an arcane spellbook.
This item is dropped in Tower of Art by the mob 'A book worm'. Easiest just to buy all the items in the Bazaar if you've got the money... —
