This quest is called 'Fashion Victim!', for Adventurers levels 120 to 179.
Description of Fashion Victim!:
It appears someone has broken into my wardrobe again and stolen some very
valuable items from me. I am absolutely certain it was one of those guests
I took in last night. You can never tell what they're up to these days!!
Some of the janitors must have had a hand in this too as they are the only
ones who would be able to get into my chambers at that hour. Please consult
with one of my trusted guards, then find the guest and the traitor. I wish
for you to punish them both accordingly. While the items I lost were
priceless and I shall most likely never see them again, I must have them
replaced with new ones as I have been invited to a party tomorrow, and I
don't want to go about looking like the shabbiest woman in town. You must
also obtain for me some jewelry and a proper coat. At all costs! Time is
of the essence! May the Powers speed you on your journey!
