Description of Festival:
I am contemplating a new festival in Tellerium to celebrate the city, and
that of the people of Tellerium. I was reading in the Castle library and
found an old Tellerium Tradition of lighting candles and torches all around
the city, great feasts, and wild dancing. It was called The Festival of
lights! The Festival has to be grand, something that will attract people
from all corners to join in the celebrations. Fetch me lights from all over
Alyria and return them to me.
Upon successful completion of this quest you can receive up
to

7 practice points,
20000 experience points, and
10000 gold pieces.

a copper lantern.
