The tensions of late between the lands are of huge concern for my fellow
Lords and Ladies and I. It is my duty to keep my town and townsfolk safe,
and in charge of this noble duty are our esteemed guards and security
officers. Or are they so esteemed? Disturbing reports of guards neglecting
their duty, sleeping on the job, and turning a blind eye to crime have
reached me. Everyone is on his or her best behavior when Im around, so I
bestow upon you the quest of observing our security personal and reporting
their activities back to me as soon as possible. Covertly punishing any
guards acting in a manner unbefitting their station is at your discretion.
