Description of Birthday Celebrations:
Very shortly, it will be my birthday and like always I am holding a
massive birthday celebration. My birthday parties are famous throughout the
world as being the best and the most enjoyable. It is one good way I can
show the prosperity of my realm to all the other lords and ladies. One
highlight of my birthday is the banquet. The tables are always full of
delicious foods and plenty of them. Unfortunately though, his year my chefs
are lacking several exotic foods. I need you to journey the world in search
of rare and exotic foods with which to feed my birthday guests. Try
searching in the specialty shops in New Rigel, and Tellerium. Please
don't forget to check the Traveller's Inn Retreat along the way, they often
have delightful dishes available.

Get this and phase 3 (roast rack of lamb meal) at The Upper Crust off Orange Court in New Rigel.
Alternatively, this may be purchased from the waitress in The Blue Velvet Restaurant in the SW part of New Rigel. (Phase 5 is close by here.) —
