This quest is called 'Only When It Is Cold', for Adventurers levels 60 to 90.
Description of Only When It Is Cold:
Although I am ruler of this land I am still a woman. As such, I have the
desires and needs that any female has. I am sick of bedding down alone on
these cold wintery nights. Go forth and find me some possible candidates to
fulfill my needs, so that I can choose a suitable night companion for the
winter. For your assistance in this matter, and of course your silence, I
will reward you well upon your return.
Upon successful completion of this quest you can receive up
to 50 quest points, 4 practice points, 35000 experience points, and 2500 gold pieces.
You have 100 minutes remaining to complete this quest.
Only When It Is Cold consists of:
Phase 1: Rescue A spirited sailor.
Wanders around the town of Templeton. — Marksman
Phase 2: Rescue A rich citizen.
Found on the south of intersections of Cod and Fourth and Cod and Fifth streets on the SW side of Templeton in the Nice Homes. Or on the Southeast side of Templeton inside the houses on Cherry Road and Treetop road. — Marksman
Phase 3: Rescue The handyman.
Usually found in the houses on second street — Phae
These can be found in the house directly south from Divine Protection, Market Square, Templeton. — Aen
definately one of the harder mobs to find. Go to the intersection of stony road and birch street (i.e. the west end of birch), go 5E and south. The handymen will usually be there unlike the other places mentioned above where people always kill them. — Shadowbolt
I found them in a house on seventh street. There wasnt any in the above mentioned places. Good Luck — Andrl

Found in the Northern part of the main floor of Templeton castle, on the west side, inside the study. — Marksman
