This quest is called 'The Modern Crusades',

As of late, Mount Vesuvius has become a town that little is known about.
I cannot allow any evil to take a foothold on Auryn, or they could swarm all
over us before we know it. I would like you to adventure into Vesuvius and
try to convince its denizens to live the high life in Sigil. Bear gifts
from our great city to show them what they are missing out on. Should you
convince some of them to visit, inform my assistant so he may prepare for
