This quest is called 'Delicious Fruit', for Adventurers levels 180 to 241.
Description of Delicious Fruit:
I have been having a longing for fruit recently and I wonder if you could
help me find a few pieces, you will have to travel to Sigil and Tellerium
though some pieces can be found within the bounds of New Rigel. I also feel
that I should have some trees in the garden that produce fruit. Therefore,
find an apple seed and give it to my gardener. You will probably have to
travel to Templeton to find the seed. You will be greatly rewarded for all
of your efforts.
Upon successful completion of this quest you can receive up
to 70 quest points, 7 practice points, 30000 experience points, and 12000 gold pieces.
You have 400 minutes remaining to complete this quest.
