Description of Magical Assistance:
Lately, with more and more young wizards coming to live in Sigil, we have
had problems with the supply of reagents. Samantha has had trouble keeping
up with the demand, and many people are complaining that she is not open as
much as the reagent vendors of Rune. Samantha has informed me that we will
soon face a dire shortage of air reagents. Therefore I would like you to
make contact with Alyria's other reagent shops and consolidate a supply from
them. We cannot have Sigil brought to a stand still by the lack of
reagents.

I found mine in the Magical Inventory shop in Vospire. Other shops may have them too. The name is actually a "browning mandrake leaf", so its different than the ones found in the wild. —
