This quest is called 'Meal', for Adventurers levels

Description of Meal:
As the ruler of a nation, I'm quite commonly treated to some of the less
commonly seen repasts, and my palate has become quite extensive as a result.
However, recently the relatively common tastes of, say, dragon steak or
other such dishes have begun to pall in my mouth, tasting no better than
rations fit for the military. Therefore, I have taken it upon myself to
instigate a challenge for any adventurers fit to undertake it: find a meal
that pleases me suitably! Search for exotic ingredients, find the perfect
spices and herbs to go with it, converse with experts in the field of food
preparation... Do whatever you must to bring me the perfect meal. After
all of the dishes have been gathered before me, I shall begin the judging
myself. The winner shall be awarded a suitable cash prize - as well as a
share in the repast.
Upon successful completion of this quest you can receive up
to
65 quest points,
4 practice points,
15000 experience points, and
20000 gold pieces.
You have
150 minutes remaining to complete this quest.

a sprig of heather.
