Description of Do it for the Chicks!:
Templeton has a wonderful reputation for its many beautiful parks and
wildlife, in particular our huge variety of feathered friends. One of my
favorite things is to wake up in the morning to the glorious strains of our
local bird life. Of late, there has been a mysterious and dismaying absence
of their song. I have also heard reports from our local birdwatchers that
there has been a sharp decline in the number of birds. Please visit one of
our experts for an up-to-the-minute report, and check up on some of our
local bird life, taking any of the more fragile wildlife members under your
protective wing, so to speak. I am entrusting you to go investigate this
matter, and to destroy what is the source of the silence! Time is of the
essence, so please be sure to hurry back with your report on this matter and
you will be handsomely rewarded for your effort.
