This quest is called 'Taking Out The Trash', for Adventurers levels

Description of Taking Out The Trash:
It has recently come to my attention that several rogue janitors have formed
an alliance with the organized crime. They have been supplying people with
uniforms to infiltrate my castle. I want you to put an end to this. First
you must infiltrate their movement and gain their trust, then you must kill
their leaders. I also want you to talk to the guards of our city and of the
castle, and tell them to keep an eye out for any more of these dangerous
plans. When you have finished with all of this, I would like for you to
report to the captain of my guard. May the Powers help you stop this before
it's too late!

Taking Out The Trash consists of:
Phase 1: Locate and deliver
a pile of trash to
A janitor.
The trash is a random floor scatter around templeton, and janitors are scattered through-out Templeton. —

Phase 2: Defeat 2 of a janitor.
They wander around the streets of most towns. —

Phase 3: Defeat
A gang member.
Mostly found in the northeastern parts of Templeton in or around Orchard Boulevard. (Aggressive mobile towards non-faerie races) —

Phase 5: Visit a castle gateguard.
Entrance to templeton castle. —

Phase 6: Visit
Captain Naroth.
Mobile that spawns in the northern guard post near the quest master. Often found wandering the hallways nearby but has been known to go into the northern part of the main floor as other places on the main floor of Templeton Castle. —
