Lord Agrippa [Runic Castle] is the master in charge of this quest.
One of the most valuable skills a new adventurer can learn is the proper
use of a mount. Mounts allow you to cover ground faster, and can be ordered
to move at various speeds, such as 'walk', 'gallop' or 'run'. Many types of
mounts can be found in and around Rune, although not all of them will be
available at your level as some may be too powerful for you to handle. As
an additional bonus, if you have the riding proficiency, you will gain
increased accuracy while mounted. Take a bit of time to explore and try to
learn as much as you can about the various mounts available. Ride on!
