NPC: A restless horse
Long Desc: A restless horse is here, goofing around aimlessly.

This is a very plain-looking animal, although quite sturdy.  He seems to
be bored at the moment, with nothing to do.  Apparently the flashier horses
are more popular with appearance-conscious adventurers.  Fortunately you
value strength and intelligence over a shiny coat, perhaps this would be an
ideal travelling companion.
He is a horse approximately 7'1" tall.
