This quest [1971] is called 'Are Our Defences Up To It?',

Lord Vendredi [Sigil] is the master in charge of this quest.
It has come to my attention that the extremely aggressive and deadly
creatures in Vesuvius are becoming stronger and more confident. I am
concerned about this matter as I do not need to tell you how much of a
disaster it would be if they were somehow to plan and carry out an attack.
I need you to venture into Vesuvius undetected, and find out what, if
anything they are planning, before checking to make sure our defenses are up
to the task of a possible invasion! May the Powers guide and protect you!
