Description of Ship Wars!:
I have been informed by my loyal shipwright, Pirquen, that someone in
Rune is poisoning the local waters here in Sigil and in Vospire. His news
has me quite worried. We need to keep as much business as we can here in
Sigil but if this is true it will jeopardize the industry. He suspects its
Valan, Rune's shipwright, doing this in a bid to steal business from Sigil.
Visit Pirquen to find out more about the situation, then go question Valan.
It also seems that the local shark population is increasing rapidly in the
waters surrounding Sigil which could also be the work of Valan. So on your
way back from questioning him, kill some of these annoying creatures to help
reduce their population. Then once you are back in Sigil try to save some
of the fish from the poison if at all possible. Your efforts will be well
rewarded upon your return!
