This quest is called 'Pride and Prejudice', for Adventurers levels 30 to 59.
Description of Pride and Prejudice:
I want this land to be known as a wonderful clean safe place where one
can be to enjoy life. Part of this image counts heavily on the appearance
of the defenders of this land, those being our guards. If they look strong,
fit and healthy and well disciplined and have clean shiny armor in good
condition, with a sharp weapon in their hand a good impression will stick in
peoples mind. It also deters the undesirables from attempting anything. I
want you to go around and inspect my guards and report back to me with a
sample of their equipment so that I know how things are going. By the way,
if you see any of my guards drunk while on duty, when you do your
inspection, punish them with their death, to send out a message through all
the ranks.
Upon successful completion of this quest you can receive up
to 32 quest points, 2 practice points, 22000 experience points, and 3200 gold pieces.
