This quest [2069] is called 'Stray Animals!',
for Adventurers levels 10 to 59.
Lord Telleri [Tellerium] is the master in charge of this quest.
Over the past few weeks, a record number of pets have been dumped onto
the streets of Tellerium and Templeton. The streets are now becoming over
populated. If this continues the way it is, no tourists will holiday in
Tellerium or Templeton in fear of contracting some deadly disease spread by
flea-infested pets living on the streets! We must solve this complication
before it gets any more out of control! I need you to find a guard and let
him know he must punish people caught dumping animals accordingly. Also,
help ease the stray animal problem personally before visiting the pet shop
to make sure they select who they sell pets to more carefully. May the
