Description of Lowangen Stock:
Lowangen, a strong fortress, has long been isolated from the rest of the
world. From years of inbreeding inside the walls, the newest generation has
troubling physical attributes that have King Cronus worried. He has
requested that I help Lowangen in its time of need by persuading more people
to make the journey to Lowangen. I have heard of a city to the south of
here that has long been isolated as well, and I feel it would be in their
best interests to have a "trade" of citizens. You are to complete the
transition for these people from New Kolvir to Lowangen. May you keep them
safe!
