Questmaster: Lord Vendredi [Sigil]
This quest is called 'Testing the Barracks', for Adventurers levels 30 to 59.
Description of Testing the Barracks:
I have reason to believe that the guards around Sigil may be slacking off
as thieves are getting away with more crimes, and murders are happening more
frequently. So, to test our "great" guards I would like you to make a full
assault on the barracks on Constable Street. This would involve going to
the barracks and attacking the sergeant, the captain and the cook. If they
are so great, they should be able to hold you off. After that, journey to
the sleeping quarters and see how many guards are loafing there when they
should be on the streets. Sort them out and punish them for being lazy.
Your efforts to ensure the safety of Sigil will not go unrewarded.
Upon successful completion of this quest you can receive up
to 35 quest points, 3 practice points, 10000 experience points, and 4000 gold pieces.
