Long Desc: A scarred man sits here shuffling through paperwork.

This man emits an air that demands respect.  You have a slightly uneasy
feeling in the pit of your stomach, and the urge to stand at parade-rest.
He sorts through a stack of paperwork, paying you no mind whatsoever.  If
you have something to say, you'd best get it out.  Chances are, he'll not
tolerate you blundering about his office for much longer.
He is a human approximately 5'9" tall.
